Purpose: The dress code policy is designed to ensure a professional and respectful appearance for Rise Up For Youth students. This policy aims to promote a positive image of the organization, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and encourage responsible behavior.
- Respectful Attire: Clothing must be respectful and appropriate for the setting, reflecting the organization's values and professionalism.
- Not Acceptable Attire
- Tops: Crop tops, excessively low-cut tops, pajamas, and shirts with offensive graphics or language are not acceptable.
- Bottoms: Excessively short skirts or shorts, pajamas, and sagging pants are not acceptable.
- Headwear: Bonnets, Durags, hoods, and hats are not acceptable unless otherwise specified.
- Rise Up For Youth staff members will discreetly address any violations of the dress code and give student an opportunity to address the violation.
- Rise Up For Youth staff may not allow students with a dress code violation to enter the bus, participate in activities, or participate in sessions.
